Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certification

Agents and brokers who want to help consumers in the Health Insurance Marketplace on Healthcare.gov must complete required registration and training annually before helping consumers enroll in a plan. This certification status is linked to your National Producer Number (NPN) and must be completed before you can process applications through HealthSherpa.
